LHH is assisting an internationally recognized law firm specializing in Intellectual Property in its search for an IP (Trademark/Copyright) Litigation Associate. An ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of strong litigation experience, as well as a demonstrated interest in trademark or copyright matters. Prior TTAB experience is a plus. The firm is known for offering excellent work/life balance, significant hands-on work experience, and a friendly firm culture. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days in the office each week.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of strong litigation experience
- Demonstrated interest in trademark and copyright law
- Experience at a top law firm and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the NY bar
