ShineOne Truck Wash & Polish Shop is looking for a dependable, hardworking Truck Wash & Polishing Technician to join our team. This position will assist with washing, detailing, polishing, and maintaining trucks and equipment while providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean trucks, trailers, and other vehicles
• Perform exterior detailing and cleaning
• Polish aluminum wheels, tanks, and other metal surfaces
• Operate pressure washers, polishers, and other shop equipment safely
• Prepare vehicles for polishing and detailing
• Assist other team members in the wash bay and polish bay as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets ShineOne quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Properly care for and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Perform other duties related to truck washing, detailing, and polishing as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous truck washing, detailing, polishing, or automotive experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and work for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Valid driver's license preferred

We want someone who is reliable, motivated, hardworking, and takes pride in their work . Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to the details, and is willing to help wherever needed.

Pay starts at $14 per hour and is dependent on experience.
